Согласно результатам экспертизы, "процент соотношения израсходованных денежных средств на приобретение недвижимого имущества к общему объему поступивших на расчетные счета ПК "Бест Вей" денежных средств составляет 80%". "Замечу, что буквально каждая проводка кооператива подтверждена документами либо о приобретении недвижимости, либо об оказании услуг кооперативу", – подчеркивает адвокат.
